Shure SM-58 great vocal mike. Does not require phantom power.
I like Newmark and Baringer for mixers
You can get as little as two channel mixers from Baringer for around $50 I think? Comes with one XLR and quorter inch mike jack, two channels (quorter inch), and RCA line-in, and tape out RCA, plus headphone jack for monitoring.
What exactly are you looking to do ?
